How the Claims Process Works
What Happens When you Contact Us
Each contact is very important to us and each enquiry is treated in the strictest confidence. And we are sensitive to your circumstances. We are not there to judge, or to moralise. We are there to help and discuss the basis of your claim; and how we might be able to help.
It’s a simple process.
Whether you call us, or we call you after you have completed one of our online forms, we will need you to supply us with a few basic details.
These include:
- name;
- address;
- contact numbers;
- the basis of your claim;
- basic details of the claim (background information such as dates, location, if the police are involved, names of people and companies involved etc).
Once we have that information, we can get going on your behalf:
- one of our highly trained solicitors will be appointed to look after your claim, and they will remain in contact as necessary;
- we will also arrange other matters, including any medical reports, or witness statements, or conversation with the other parties involved;
- it’s then up to our team to negotiate on your behalf, arranging your compensation.
Don’t Delay, Call Us Straight Away
